The mission of the City Manager’s Office and Management Services is to carry out the direction of the City Council efficiently, effectively, and responsibly in compliance with applicable law and to direct and assist departments in carrying out City policy, ensuring that the public is well informed. Management Services includes the City Clerk’s office, risk management, community affairs, and administration of agreements with other public and private agencies.
